<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system and a treatment tool system, capable of improving puncture performance of a puncture needle to a region of interest in a soft endoscope.SOLUTION: An endoscope system includes: an ultrasonic endoscope 2 having a flexible tube part 214 inserted into an analyte and generating an image signal according to an image of the interior of the analyte; a treatment tool 10 having a puncture needle inserted in the flexible tube part 214 to puncture a region of interest of the analyte; a bar-like member having a vibrator part inserted in the puncture needle to vibrate while oscillating an ultrasonic wave; and an ultrasonic wave generator 11 for causing the vibrator to oscillate an ultrasonic wave.</p> |
