<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a development period by not interrupting electric power supply to or from a battery, and to precisely determine deterioration of the battery.SOLUTION: A discharging current integrated value (Cdc) obtained by integrating a discharging current (I) from a secondary battery (11) up to time (t) is calculated, an open terminal voltage (BV) is calculated from a battery voltage (V) and discharging current (I) of the secondary battery (11) at the time (t) and a previously measured internal resistance value (R) of the secondary battery (11), and a battery remaining amount (SOC) is obtained from the open terminal voltage (BV) by reference to a table (TB), so that the deterioration degree of the secondary battery 11 is calculated from the discharging current integrated value (Cdc) and battery remaining amount (SOC).</p> |
