Provided is a PCB substrate inspection apparatus which is easy to install and use, thereby easily and rapidly conducting inspection of mass customized PCB substrates. The PCB substrate inspection apparatus comprises: a base installed at both inner side portions of the bottom of a box-shaped a body of the apparatus, an upper plate installed at an upper portion inside the body; a substrate tray connected to a guide block combined to a guide rail fixed at both sides of the bottom of the upper plate and entering or exiting out of the body while having a substrate placed thereon. The substrate tray includes: a tray plate having an open front side and an open central portion and including placing bumps formed both sides and a rear side to place the substrate; and an operation bracket fixed at any one side of the tray plate to protrude upwardly through an operation hole formed at the upper plate, wherein the operation bracket is configured to enter or exit out of the body by being connected to a screw block combined to a ball screw configured to rotate forward or reverse by a forward/reverse motor installed at the top surface of the upper plate. The upper plate includes an inspection jig having a probe-type inspection pin and a pressurizing unit installed below the substrate tray and pushing up the substrate placed on the substrate tray toward the inspection jig to perform inspection.
