PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label and a label printer that are able to improve work efficiency.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a label comprises a sheet-like base material, an adhesive layer, and a release base material. The sheet-like base material has a print surface on which printing can be carried out. The adhesive layer is provided on the surface of the sheet-like base material opposite to the print surface. The release base material is jointed to the sheet-like base material via the adhesive layer so as to be peelable. On the print surface of the sheet-like base material, identification information for identifying a box-shaped object is printed in each of a plurality of partial areas divided by straight lines corresponding to the boundaries between the faces of the object. |
