PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas insulation device in which an end part of a vessel in which SFgas or the like is sealed up is sealed with a simple structure, and which is capable of predicting gas leakage from a seal portion in advance.SOLUTION: The gas insulation device includes a vessel in which insulation gas is sealed up, a flange part arranged at an end part of the vessel, and a lid body which abuts on and pressurizes the flange part to seal the vessel. At an abutment surface counter to the lid body and the flange part, of at least one of the flange part and the lid body, a first groove part which is continuous having a start point and an end point being identical, and a second groove part, outside the first groove part, which is continuous having a start point and an end point being identical, are formed. In the first groove part and the second groove part, a first seal member and a second seal member made of rubber are fitted. A gas sensor is arranged between the first seal member and the second seal member of at least one of the flange part and the lid body. |
