PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor ceiling structure capable of enhancing a vibration suppression effect of a floor material and capable of suppressing vibrations of a ceiling material in a lower floor as a result.SOLUTION: A floor ceiling structure includes: a structural frame body 100 which connects a plurality of horizontal structural materials 21 and 22 together; a floor material 10 which is fixed to a top surface of the structural frame body 100; an auxiliary fixing material 30 which is attached to the floor material 10 in an area surrounded by the structural frame body 100, which is higher in rigidity than the floor material 10, and which is formed of a nonstructural material not configuring a skeleton of a building; and a leaf spring-type damper device 40 which is fixed to the auxiliary fixing material 30 and which suppresses vibrations of the floor material 10. |
