PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute advertisements having a high appealing effect.SOLUTION: An information providing device includes a reception unit and a distribution unit. The reception unit receives an access request to a first content from a terminal device utilized by a first user. When the access request is received by the reception unit, the distribution unit distributes to the terminal device the first content which includes a piece of link information posted by a second user having a relationship with the first user in a predetermined communication service, out of pieces of link information to other contents.
