FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: chain transmission device for chain drives of cutter loaders contains shaft (1) of chain transmission, chain wheel, bearings (5) with bodies, seal (42) of sliding ring at chain wheel side and seal (41) of sliding ring at bearing side. One of the bearings preferably related to movable bearing system (3) is located in bearing bushing (50) which is located between bearing body (4) and outer ring (5B) of the bearing and is installed in bearing body (4) being capable for axial movement. Additional bushing of bearing provides necessary gap between rotating parts and not rotating together with them parts located at bearing body side. Herewith, the gap stays essentially constant and thus independent of play of corresponding bearings.EFFECT: longer life of chain transmission.12 cl, 3 dwg |
