This invention concerns a nanoparticle comprising: a core consisting of a lipid phase (L1) or an aqueous phase (A1); at least one surfactant comprising a hydrophilic part and a lipophilic part; an internal membrane surrounding the core; an external membrane surrounding the internal membrane; and at least one targeting ligand comprising a lipophilic part and a hydrophilic part.
