CALCIUM ALUMINOSILICATE COMPOSITION FOR REMOVING NITROGEN AND PHOSPORUS IN WATER AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a calcium aluminosilicate composition for removing nitrogen and phosphorus in water comprising 14-40 parts by weight of kaolin, 5-30 parts by weight of water treatment sludge, 10-80 parts by weight of shell, 1-15 parts by weight of alumina, and 1-5 parts by weight of nano-carbon black. Provided is a method for manufacturing the calcium aluminosilicate composition comprising: a step for inputting the calcium aluminosilicate composition in a bowl mill and smashing the same for 4-12 hours; a step for drying the composition for 1-24 hours at 110°C; a step for molding the composition into 5-30 mm spherical granules by using a molding press; and a step for cooling the composition to room temperature after maintaining the plasticity of the composition for one hour at 700-1500°C.
