Disclosed are a method for manufacturing tanks by inserting the rubber lining in which is previously cut into the tank and by injecting air, a guide member used therefor and capable of being extended, and a vessel manufactured lining by the method. The method for manufacturing the tanks by using the rubber lining according to the present invention comprises the steps of: a rubber lining cutting step for cutting the rubber lining to be fitted on the size of a tank inner wall; a surface process step for processing the surface of the tank inner wall; an adhesive constructing step for constructing the inner tank wall; a rubber lining arrangement step for injecting and arranging the rubber lining into an inlet of a tank upper end part; and an air injecting step for injecting air inside the rubber lining through the inlet.
