摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an improved bipolar plate for a fuel cell that is used to prevent a deformation of a reaction gas inflow portion between a manifold and a reaction surface due to bipolar plate lamination pressure. The method for manufacturing a bipolar plate for a fuel cell according to the present invention includes (a) a step for preparing a stainless steel plate for a bipolar plate; (b) a step for processing a hole of an opening portion, which is a gas passage, from a manifold of the bipolar plate to a channel before the molding of a channel portion of the bipolar plate; (c) a step for molding the bipolar plate with the channel of uneven structure, including the molding of an uneven structure in which recessed portions recessed inward and protruding portions protruding outward are repeatedly formed on the opening portion; and (d) a step for injection-molding a gasket formed of a polymer material on a first surface or a second surface of the molded bipolar plate.
