The present invention relates to a device and a method for providing a service application using a robot. The device and the method are capable of providing a user with a necessary service application by collecting surrounding environment information in real-time by using mobility of a robot; and performing various evaluations for the service application through a feedback generated by interaction between the user and the robot.
