PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle drive device capable of improving the seal performance of a casing.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle drive device 10 comprises a motor 13 formed from a rotor 13b and a stator 13a, and a casing 11 in which the motor 13 is housed. The electric vehicle drive device 10 further comprises a motor cooling structure 18 for cooling the motor 13 by circulating cooling oil in a cooling oil flow passage 182 formed from an oil groove formed in a casing body 111. The electric vehicle drive device 10 also comprises a motor fixing structure 19 for restricting relative displacement of the stator 13a with respect to the casing 11 by interposing an engage member 191 between a through hole 192 penetrating the casing body 111 and an engage hole 193 provided in the stator 13a. The casing body 111 includes a groove opening of the cooling oil flow passage 182 and an opening of the through hole 192 on the same surface and includes a seal member 194 for sealing a gap between the engage member 191 and the through hole 192. |
