The component has an inner support structure (2) composed of fiber composite material, and an outer layer (5) for forming the flow around a surface. The outer layer includes a metal material. An elasomer layer (3) is provided between the inner support structure and the outer layer. The elastomer layer is arranged on the supporting structure, and includes an elastomer. A heating layer (4) is provided with a heating element, which is arranged between the outer layer and the elastomer layer. The outer layer is a metal foil. An independent claim is also included for a method for repairing a flow body with a fluid component.
