The present invention relates to a hot rolling apparatus equipped with a cleaning liquid spraying device and an air injector which includes: a plurality of rolling mills which press and roll a strip moving in one direction; a looper which is arranged between the rolling mills and is installed under the strip to support the strip; a housing which is installed between the rolling mills and contains a pipe; and a nozzle part which includes an upper nozzle and a side nozzle that are installed on an upper part and a side of the housing, respectively, and spray the cleaning liquid on the housing.
