PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for manufacturing an iron preparation having high water dispersibility, with use of inexpensive material.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing composite nano particles including heme iron and milk protein comprises the step of forming composite nano particles including heme iron and milk protein by contacting an alkaline aqueous solution which contains heme iron with an aqueous dispersion which contains milk protein. |
