PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stapler which can securely perform an operation for binding an object to be bound.SOLUTION: A stapler 1 is equipped with a penetration mechanism body part 20 which is provided with a pair of punching blades 21. In the penetration mechanism body part 20, a convex portion projecting from the inner surface of a hole 20g is provided in central vicinity of the hole 20g along axial direction and at a position approximately right above the punching blades 21 thereby forming a transmission part 20h pressed by a connection shaft 20b. Further, the penetration mechanism body part 20 enlarges the shapes of the holes 20g in both side portions of the transmission part 20h in vertical direction relative to the diameter of the connection shaft 20b, whereby shaft retreat parts 20i are formed on both sides of the transmission part 20h. |
