PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas laser oscillation device that can solve a problem that lift force applied to a turbo blower used in the gas laser oscillation device greatly varies during operation and the variation of the lift force also causes variation of a load applied to a bearing, which adversely affects the lifetime of the bearing.SOLUTION: A turbo blower comprises a rotation part rotated by shaft driving means and a non-rotary part which does not rotate. The rotation part has a shaft provided with a centrifugal impeller part at the tip, a driving part for rotating the shaft and bearings which are joined to the shaft and provided at two or more places. A flange of magnetic material is provided at the lower portion of the centrifugal impeller, and an electromagnet is provided at the lower portion of the flange of the magnetic material. The electromagnet is disposed to generate magnetic force in such a direction that the flange of the magnetic material is attracted in the thrust direction of the rotating body, and the magnetic force is controlled according to a preset value in accordance with the operation state of the turbo blower. |
