The present invention relates to a method for installing a structure on rock formation which comprises a vertical hole forming step (S10) for successively forming a plurality of vertical holes (12) along a structure installation line of a rock formation (10); a structure arranging step (S20) for arranging a structure (20) on the vertical holes (12); and a structure inserting step (S30) for inserting the structure (20) into the rock formation by excavating the rock formation under the structure (20). Accordingly, convenient and efficient insertion and installation of the structure into the rock formation are possible.
