PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating fluid W not containing oil component and having viscosity higher than that of a low viscosity operating water in a hydraulic drive system, and to provide resin molding method and apparatus of electronic component using the same.SOLUTION: Sodium hyaluronate and water are mixed at a required ratio to produce an operating fluid W, where the mixture has a viscosity comparable to an operating oil for reciprocating drive of a piston in a piston/cylinder mechanism (when operation temperature is 40°C, optimum viscosity range is set to 20-36 mm/S). When introduced in each cylinder 4b, 24b, 34b of a reciprocating drive section (vertical motion mechanism 4, 24, 34), the operating fluid W can be used as an operating fluid in a hydraulic drive system, and can function comparably to the operating oil. |
