<p>A regulator includes a variable resistance unit which is connected to an input node receiving a pumping voltage and a control node and changes the size of resistance in response to a control signal changed according to a set target voltage; a voltage output unit configured to control the pumping voltage according to the potential of the control node and output the pumping voltage; and a regulation unit configured to control the potential of the control node according to a voltage outputted in order to output the target voltage. The regulator reduces current consumption by controlling the size of internal resistance according to the size of the target voltage.</p> |
