<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a suitable person to easily acquire data embedded in a secondary code, only by use of a suitable reader.SOLUTION: A slip printer 10 stores the encrypted key of each person, and accepts the input of data embedded in a secondary code, and the selection input of the encrypted key corresponding to a person allowed to acquire the data. Using the encrypted key selection-input, the slip printer 10 encrypts the input data, converts the encrypted data into the secondary code, and causes a printer part 20 to print the secondary code, thereby forming a strip. The reader 30 stores the sign data of a hand-written sign, encrypted key, and decryption key in association with one another. The reader 30 reads the secondary code and the hand-written sign, checks the read hand-written sign and the stored hand-written sign against each other. Using the decryption key corresponding to the succeeded hand-written sing, the reader decrypts the decrypted data acquired by decoding the read secondary code.</p> |
