PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle display device that can obtain stereoscopic and distinctive displays even when a display image is displayed in a form different in an aspect ratio.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle display device 1 comprises: a display panel that has a rectangular-formed display screen 4a; a pair of half-split decoration rings (a frame body) 5 and 6 that divides an annular member into two sub members along a short-side direction of the display screen 4a; motors (first drive means) 7 and 8 that rotate each of the decoration rings 5 and 6 around a shaft extending in the short-side direction of the display screen 4a; and control means 10 that can change an image on the display screen 4a to a plurality of display forms different in an aspect ratio. When display images 19 and 20 on the display screen 4a are changed to a display form having a lateral width of the display images contracted, both of the decoration rings 5 and 6 accompanied by the change are rotated, and thereby a posture of the decoration rings 5 and 6 to the display screen 4a is configured to be tilted, following a shape change of the display images 19 and 20. |
