Disclosed herein are cytokine compositions with enhanced biological activity and methods for their use. These compositions encompass interleukin-2 (IL-2) muteins in combination with antibodies capable of binding these muteins. The disclosed methods encompass administering a combination of IL-2 mutein with antibody to treat neoplastic diseases, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases or for expanding a hematopoietic cell population.
