PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with reduced display touch crosstalk and a touch sensing method thereof.SOLUTION: The display device includes: a display panel 160 including a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines formed so as to cross each other to define a plurality of pixel regions; a plurality of touch electrodes 190 which overlaps a part of the gate lines and the data lines for a touch electrode being a unit for sensing a user touch; a timing controller 110 which temporally divides one frame period to drive the display panel such that a driving mode for image display and a touch sensing mode are alternated; a gate driver 120 which simultaneously turns on switching elements respectively connected to a plurality of gate lines overlapping each touch electrode in the touch sensing mode; and a data driver 130 which, in response to turning-on of the switching element, outputs display data having the same level to a plurality of data lines overlapping each touch electrode.
