摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional coordinate measurement system and a three-dimensional coordinate measurement method for obtaining three-dimensional coordinates of an object without emitting laser.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional coordinate measurement system comprises an objective position measurement device 10 having collimation means 11, turning means 12, 30, elevation means 13, 30, turning angle measurement means 14 for measuring a turning angle, and elevation angle measurement means 15 for measuring an elevation angle, and comprises: objective position measurement device coordinate acquisition means 16 for acquiring self-position three-dimensional coordinates of the objective position measurement device 10; three-dimensional map storage means 31 for storing preliminarily created three-dimensional map information; virtual straight line determination means 30 for plotting the three-dimensional coordinates of the objective position measurement device 10 on the three-dimensional map information and drawing virtual straight lines from the plotted points; and intersection coordinate acquisition means 30 for acquiring three-dimensional coordinates of a point where the virtual straight lines first cross one another when they are extended, and stores the three-dimensional coordinates in a memory 31 as the three-dimensional coordinates of the object.
