The device (100) has a base box (110) for retaining a socket (120) with a standard terminal for electrical supply of household appliances. An internal electrical interconnection is formed between electrical terminals of the box. The terminals of the box are designed as pin/socket elements (130, 140). The box and the socket are releasably connected with one another over a groove/spring connection that exhibits a predetermined relative spatial orientation. Electric conductors of a general electric supply network are uniquely attached with one of the elements of the socket over the connection.
