The present invention provides a method for producing fermented fruits and the fermented fruits produced by the same, wherein the fermented fruits have a special flavor by injecting lactic acid bacteria to seasonal fruits without seeds for fermentation. By the method of the present invention, a user can provide the functional fermented fruits promoting the vitality of human body and immunity and suppressing constipation at all seasons and at low costs. |
