PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam therapy device capable of performing radiographic imaging of an affected part irrespective of a positional relationship of a bed and a particle beam irradiation unit.SOLUTION: A particle beam therapy device 10 includes: a rotary gantry 13 that causes a particle beam irradiation unit 12 that irradiates a treatment space 11 with a charged particle beam to make a revolving displacement; a movement control unit for moving a bed 14 in the treatment space 11, and setting its position and direction; an arm 21 (21a and 21b) whose base end is supported on a side of the particle beam irradiation unit 12; an X-ray irradiation unit 22 (22a and 22b) provided to the arm 21 for emitting X-rays so that they cross each other; and an X-ray detection unit 23 (23a and 23b) provided to the arm 21 for detecting the X-rays that have crossed. |
