PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cleaning instrument enabling a user to clean by effectively wiping off oil dirt and adhering dirt or the like on a cleaning object part, and to provide a heating cleaning method.SOLUTION: A heating cleaning instrument is such that a wiping material B which can contain water and clean a cleaning object part while applying the water by wiping the cleaning object part in a state of containing water is heated in a state of containing the water by a heating pressing force body Ca, and is pressed to the cleaning object part so as to wipe the cleaning object part. The heating pressing force body Ca is heated by a heating part Cb. The temperature of the heating pressing force body Ca is kept at a fixed temperature by a thermostat E which turns on/off of electricity supply to the heating part Cb according to the temperature of the heating pressing force body Ca. |
