The embodiments of the invention provide a method for obtaining white frequency spectrum resource, and a device and system for requesting white frequency spectrum resource. The method for obtaining white frequency spectrum resource, provided by the embodiments of the invention, comprises: the white frequency spectrum resource requesting device receives white frequency spectrum resource requesting information transmitted from a white frequency spectrum device; the white frequency spectrum resource requesting device transmits white frequency spectrum resource response information to the white frequency spectrum device, wherein the white frequency spectrum resource response information comprises white frequency spectrum resource information requested from white frequency spectrum database and corresponding to first white frequency spectrum requirement information of the white frequency spectrum device. In the method for obtaining white frequency spectrum resource provided by the embodiments of the invention, the white frequency spectrum resource requesting device requests the white frequency spectrum resource information from the white frequency spectrum database on the basis of PAWS protocol, and the interaction between the white frequency spectrum device and the white frequency spectrum resource requesting device is established by using existing protocols, such that the white frequency spectrum device does not need to establish connection with the white frequency spectrum database to obtain the white frequency spectrum resource, and does not need to define a new interface to support the PAWS protocol. |
