The present invention relates to a tilting protection apparatus for a cabin or an overhead guard of a forklift. The forklift employing a tilting system capable of tilting the cabin or the overhead guard by operating a relay to drive a tilting pump motor supplying hydraulic pressure to a cabin tilting cylinder includes a mast tilting switch mounted on a mast tilting cylinder tilting a mast of the forklift to detect a range in which the mast and the cabin or the overhead guard are not interrupted by each other; and a door switch installed on one of both doors of the forklift. If any one of the mast tilting switch detecting the tilting of the mast and the door switch detecting the opening of the door is opened, the relay is not operated, and thus the cabin or the protection frame is safely tilted. |
