PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module in which an insulation member for insulating the output wiring electrically can be prevented from deteriorating, and to provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell module.SOLUTION: A solar cell module includes a solar cell, a terminal box, a back protection member, output wiring, and an insulation member. The terminal box outputs a current generated from the solar cell to the outside. The back protection member has a metal layer, and the terminal box is arranged on a region where an opening is formed. The output wiring connects the solar cell and the terminal box electrically through the opening. The insulation member insulates the output wiring and the metal layer electrically. The interior of the terminal box is filled with silicon resin. The insulation member is formed using at least any one of aromatic polyimide and PPS. |
