The present invention provides a method of fabricating a display device using a flexible film which includes a step of forming a first polyimide film by coating polyimide on a carrier substrate; a step of forming a display device on the first polyimide film; a step of separating the flexible film by emitting a laser beam to the backside of the carrier substrate.
