PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet separation device in which a folder gluer part can fold a small corrugated board sheet correctly.SOLUTION: A corrugated board sheet carton former 1 includes a die cutter 5 which cut off a piece of corrugated board sheet on which a plurality kinds of processing is performed sequentially, while being conveyed to a conveyance direction FD, into a plurality of small corrugated board sheets in a direction which intersects perpendicularly to the conveyance direction, a folder gluer 6 folds and pastes the small corrugated board sheets, while conveying the same, and a counter ejector 8 which forms batches of a predetermined number of sheets by stacking the corrugated board sheets. A sheet separation device 7 includes a conveyance part which is arranged between the folder gluer and the counter ejector and a sheet separation control device 156 which adjusts conveyance speed of the conveyance part such that conveyance speed of the conveyance part becomes faster than the conveyance speed of the folder gluer. The conveyance part contains a pair of conveyance rolls 70A and 70B, and a conveyance conveyor 71. |
