The chelate ligand has a functional group represented by -NR-(CHCHNR)-Rin which each of R, Rand Ris a hydrogen atom, and n is 1 or 2, or at least one of R, Rand Ris a functional group represented by -CHCHCONRR, in which each of Rand Ris a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group or an alkoxy group having a 1-6C straight or branched chain and n is either of 0, 1 or 2. |
