PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a pneumatic tire in which a symmetric dilation of a bladder in a tire crosswise direction can be performed without making a structure of a tire vulcanization machine complicated, and a high quality tire is obtained.SOLUTION: Provided is a production method of a pneumatic tire in which a bladder is inserted in a lumen of a green tire mounted in a mold, and a hot pressing medium is supplied into the bladder to dilate the bladder, and thereby the bladder is adhered to a tire inside to perform vulcanization. A concavity or salient is formed on the lumen side surface of a tread part of the green tire, and a salient or a concavity is formed on the green tire side surface of the bladder. A concavity or salient of the green tire and a salient or a concavity of the bladder are fitted before vulcanization. |
