<p>The present invention relates to a method for detecting nasopharynx exudate free heme. The method comprises sampling in nasopharynx, diluting the sample solution, adding detection reagents according to a certain proportion, and determining whether heme exists according to color change. The present invention further provides a special detection box for detecting nasopharynx exudate free heme, wherein the special detection box can be specially provided for holding a vessel and detection reagents used in the detection process. The detection box has a simple structure, the whole detection step can be completed only through one detection box, the space and the reagents are saved, and operator labor burden is reduced.</p> |
