PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial gap motor which has high reliability, prevents positional deviation of an iron core piece in temperature rise, is lightweight and can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: An axial gap motor 100 comprises a rotor 30, a stator 20 in which a plurality of iron core pieces 1 around each of which a coil is wound are disposed in a circumferential direction; and a case 3 housing the rotor 30 and the stator 20 therein. The stator 20 and the rotor 30 are coaxially disposed with an air gap G interposed therebetween. The stator 20 is disposed in contact with axial end portions of the iron core pieces 1 and includes conductive materials 2 fixed to the case 3. The stator 20 is fixed to the case 3 by being integrally molded with resin materials 4 so as to include the coils 9, the iron core pieces 1 and the conductive materials 2 inside. |
