PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomato-containing beverage which is more tasty than conventional ones.SOLUTION: A tomato-containing beverage including tomato juice contains any one of nonenol, nonenal, and methyl salicylate. The tomato juice itself of the tomato-containing beverage contains one or two or more selected from nonenol, nonenal, and methyl salicylate. The tomato beverage has a nonenol content of 2 to 1,000 ppb, a nonenal content of 2 to 1,000 ppb, or a methyl salicylate content of 50 to 2,000 ppb. |
