PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus for vehicle seat, which can maintain strength against an external force. SOLUTION: The heating apparatus for vehicle seat is provided on a plurality of front seats 1f arranged in a front-back direction and can heat a person sitting on a rear seat 1r. The heating apparatus includes a heater 8b, a cover 7, and a thermo-uniformity plate 8a. The heater 8b is provided on a backside of the front seat 1f and generates heat.
