The device has a cup-shaped bottom cover (1) comprising a rotatable, closed and smooth support surface (6) with a closed enclosure region (11) that is rotatable on a top cover (4). A passage opening (3) rests on a smooth surface of the enclosure region in the form of a lid. The passage opening is pressable downward along the region of the bottom cover by elastic deformation of the top- and bottom coverings and volume reduction of the inner space of a food container. The enclosure region fits all-over the support surface of the bottom cover in the pressed state of the coverings.
