PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase transportation efficiency when transferring fuel to a fuel storage section. SOLUTION: A fuel supply device 110 includes a coal storage section 120, a biomass/waste fuel storage section 130, an unloading stage 160, a pair of lifts 170, fuel input sections 180A and 180B, and a controller 200. A fuel conveying vehicle 300 is raised to a high-place passage 162 of the unloading stage 160 by an entrance-side lift 170A, advances from the entrance side lift 170A, stops at a position through fuel input sections 180A or 180B, and inputs the mounted fuel into either fuel input sections 180A or 180B by tilting a loading platform 310. When unloading ends, a driver of the fuel conveying vehicle 300 returns the loading platform 310 to a horizontal state, advances the vehicle to enter an exit-side lift 170B, and is lowered to the ground (the first floor) from the high-place passage 162.
