PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability on a mechanical junction and an electrical junction, and to achieve a cage-type rotor for a motor by a method having high workability in a method in which a plurality of cores forming a plurality of core shaft holes at the centers of thin electromagnetic steel sheets and a plurality of core slots formed in an approximately trapezoidal shape on the circumferences of circles are laminated in specified height, end rings formed in approximately the same shape as the cores are arranged at both ends in the axial directions, shafts are penetrated into the core shaft holes at the centers of the cores, conductor bars are penetrated astride the cores and core slots for the end rings, and the end rings and conductor bars are joined. SOLUTION: The cage-type rotor for the motor arranges a rotating shaft, a plurality of conductor bars disposed in a ring shape around the rotating shaft, and annular end rings including a plurality of slots connected to a plurality of conductor bars.
