An executive device for compaction of building materials includes a vibratory plate suspended by means of elastic dampers to the upper frame. It is provided with a vibration exciter of circular vibrations the axle of the unbalanced shaft of which is horizontally displaced with respect to the back edge of the bottom of the vibratory plate by distance l=(0.8...1.0)L, and by vertical this axle is displaced with respect to the plane of the bottom by distance a=(0.35...0.5)L. the vertical rigidity of the back elastic dampers is 1.5...2 times larger compared to the vertical rigidity of the front dampers, and total rigidity of elastic dampers in horizontal direction is 0.4...0.75 of the total rigidity of the elastic dampers in vertical direction where L – length of the bottom of the vibratory plate.
