摘要 The microelectronic device for measurement of the Hall EMF at direct current and static magnetic field includes a source of direct voltage and a milliampermeter connected in parallel to the sample in rectangular shape that is between the poles of the permanent magnet. To the device are included: a processing and signal indication block, microelectronic frequency converter that includes the first and the second resistors, the first and the second field transistors, inductance, restriction capacitor and the second source of direct voltage, at that the first pole of the second source of direct voltage is connected to the first output of the restriction capacitor and the second output of the inductance, the first output of that one is connected to the sink of the first field transistor, the first and the second gates of the second field transistor, the first output terminal of the device and the first output of the first resistor, the second output of this one is connected to the first output of the second resistor, sinks of the first and the second field transistors and the second input terminal of the device, the second output of the second resistor is connected to the sink of the second field transistor, the first and the second gates of the first field transistor, the second output of the restriction capacitor, second pole of the second source of direct voltage, at that to the output terminals block for signal processing and indication is connected.
