PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fine out a place where the contents of a recorded voice memorandum are desired to be listened more easier than heretofore and to reproduce this place. SOLUTION: Speech input is carried out by a microphone. Analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversion are carried out with a voice memorandum IC. The voice memo is recorded by a memory for voice memo. The memorandum is reproduced by a speaker. The speech recognition and recognition results of speech input signals are subjected to character data conversion at a speech recognition device. The control of the speech input device is carried out by a microprocessor. Character data are displayed by a display device. The character data, index number and the time when the speech recognition is carried out, are recorded by an index memory. The program codes for controlling the speech input device are stored by a memory for a control program. The time, when the speech is carried out, is announced by a clock timer. The interval time and recognition time are generated by a timer. The selection of index information and the instruction of speech input and start are carried out by a control switch. |
