The present invention relates to a yeast manufacturing apparatus (1) which installs a reduction gear and a driving motor at the lower part of a storing tank, vertically installs a shaft and a stirring blade rotated by the motor in the storing tank, and installs a heater and cooler at the outside, to have a simple structure and mass produce yeast needed for baking and storing the yeast frozen. More specifically, the yeast manufacturing apparatus of the present invention comprises the storing tank (100), the stirring blade (300), the rotatory shaft (310), the reduction gear (410), the driving motor (400), the cooler (500), an electric controller (600), a supporting frame (600), and a moving wheel (700), thereby maintaining the constant aging of the mixture always to mass produce a high quality yeast (natural yeast). |
