<p>The cascade (1) has a set of blade channels (4) delimited along peripheral direction by a pressure side (6) of a first blade (2a) and an oppositely situated suction side (8) of a second blade (2b). Each channel is delimited along radial direction by two oppositely situated side walls (14). One of the side walls comprises a circumferentially asymmetrical side wall contouring (18) e.g. impression, in an area of one of the blades. The other blade in pressure side or suction side area faces the contouring with shape variation (16) i.e. thickened area, extending downstream at each side wall.</p> |
